TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A BAD DAY
We know talking things through can be draining and sometimes all you need is some down time away from MRKH. Here are some of our favourite coping skills and resources for the hard days, if you’re in need of ideas give some of these a try!
Have a relaxing bath or shower, with candles, listening to your favourite music.
Do a face mask.
Watch something on Netflix.
Knowing when to stop and look after yourself, putting yourself before others.
A solo road trip to somewhere you love.
Going to see friends or family
Go out for a walk
Go to the gym
Start a new hobby.
Take yourself out on a date to lunch, dinner or drinks.
