Meet the Team!

Get to know our Superstars below by reading our bios and seeing what we do! We are a global team based in the UK, US and Australia. We may be from different backgrounds and have different strengths, but we share the same passion and drive in bringing MRKH Stars to life and supporting the young and newly diagnosed community.

Vics Lane

Hey! My name is Vics, I’m 23 years old, from Kent in the UK and I work full time as an English teacher. I was diagnosed with MRKH in 2019 when I was 17 and I founded Stars when I was 19.

One of my favourite parts of Stars is getting to mentor other young advocates and watch them develop their own creative spark! One of my key roles at Stars is overseeing the advocacy and support initiatives.

I take care of all the administrative work that goes into keeping the foundation alive. I am also a Mental Health First Aider, Volunteer Co-Ordinator and have a special interest in supporting young people wanting to start their journey as advocates.

What We're Working On...

Our Superstars each have their own projects which we focus on to make sure we are providing the best support to young people with MRKH. Using our range of experiences coupled with a shared passion for improving the lives of teens with MRKH, we hope our current projects can help teens in the way they need!

Vics is currently working on creating content with healthcare/mental health professionals so we have reliable resources to signpost people to.
